Our Story

We’ve given our store the unusual name of Mission 27 Resale in honor of St. Vincent de Paul’s ministry to the poor and his feast day, September 27. Run by the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, a volunteer organization dedicated to serving the poor and disadvantaged, Mission 27 Resale is much more than a secondhand shop. It’s a way to raise funds for two vital programs: the society’s food pantries and its Changing Lives Forever program, which teaches people how to lift themselves out of poverty.  Good things for good purpose – it’s not just about giving new life to used items. It’s about giving a better life to those in need.

Good Things

Mission 27 Resale is more than a resale shop; It’s a beacon of hope that offers good things for good purpose. You can find everything you need and good things you’ve been wanting at incredible prices. You may even find a treasure or two. When you walk into the shop, it doesn’t matter where you’ve been – it’s where you’re going. The staff greets everyone with a smile and delivers the kind of service you would expect from a place dedicated to helping its community.
